Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of sales assistants to meet the company's standards.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and display.
- Planning of daily work rosters.
- Provide coaching and training to all team members and motivating them to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure that all team members understand the company's products, policies and procedures.
- Lead by example in providing excellent customer service
- Ensure proper housekeeping, stock control and high security at store.
Jobs Requirement
- At least 2 years of working experience in a retail fashion environment with minimum of one year supervisory experience.
- Must have passion in fashion.
- Must be able to speak good English
- Computeur literate and proficient with Microsoft office, excel, words.
- Good personality, well disciplined with good leadership ability.
- Must be able to work retail hours.Able to perform cashiering duties when needed.
