CIDC Information Technology Co., Ltd (CIDC-IT) is looking for the challenging people to fulfill in the position of Marketing Director.

Duties:

• Plan, create and implement marketing plans and programs and communicate them to other department heads.
• Provide guidance, direction and professional expertise to ICT business management in setting sales and margin objectives
• Provide on-going feedback to management and create weekly status reports and present them to share-holders and other related department heads
• Research, develop, recommend and implement strategies and tactics relating to marketing programs
• Design, develop, recommend and ensure proper execution of advertising promotions, media buys and other initiatives
• Contact customers and deal with media
• Manage the appropriateness of the pricing of project houses or villages as it relates to competition and the price sensitivity of the project
• Management of the advertising library
• Keeping marketing department in order and filing

Requirements:

• Familiar with advertising and promotion
• Personal selling capabilities
• General management skills and a history of profit and loss responsibilities
• Ability to generate good publicity as measured by past successes, contacts in the press, quality of promotional literature and market education capabilities
• Advertising management skills, including:
• Media relationships
• Advertising budgets
• How easily land or project house or village can be advertised and committed to advertising
• Sales management skills, including:
• Availability of personnel
• Quality of personnel
• Ability to generate sales leads
• Relationship with potential buyers or investors
• Ability to demonstrate the benefits of the ICT business and necessary sales support capabilities
• Good in designing artwork
• Loyal, self driven, hard working and committed
• Substantial marketing experience preferably within an ICT business (people with less than 3-years experience needs not apply)
• Experience in the development of promotions, events, plans, and programs
• Must have a clear understanding of ICT principals (both marketing and financial)
• Must have a good command of the English language
• Computer literate - able to use Excel and Word
• Must have high ethics and integrity
• Must be a good communicator
• Hard working and enthusiastic
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
• Able to travel to the project places if necessary
