Accounting Manager with BMG Corporation
Retailing and Supply Chain activities: For the past five years BMG Corporation has been a market leader of baby and mother care products and services in Cambodia. We work further to keep our leading market position for long-run and now we are looking for an Accounting Manager that fulfill the following requirement.
Duties:
- Record all accounting transactions in the Peachtree software
- Ensure that all supporting documents are properly classified
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers in order to manage the receipts of income and invoices payments for the company
- Record and follow up the fixed assets of the company
- Record and follow up the stock of products/inventory of the company
- Prepare the daily bank balances and the monthly bank reconciliations
- Manage the monthly tax declaration for the company
- Prepare the monthly payroll of the company
- Prepare and submit the monthly financial report to the directors/FM
- Follow up on the implementation of internal control on current and new projects
- Visit to each project and report on the situation to the directors/FM
- Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met,
- Training and follow up of the staff on the procedures to be implemented
Requirements:
- At least three to five years of experience in accounting in retailing or wholesaling
- High computer skills in Peechtree accounting software, Excel, Word
- Bachelor degree in accounting (Accounting Master degree or CPA is a plus)
- Communication and team management skills
- Be able to meet deadlines, flexible motivated and working independently
- Teaching and training skills and fluent in English
